We offer two Web Sim Hockey players sets:

• CURRENT REAL PLAYERS: This player set comprises real players only. We generate their attributes using our complex formulas. We use only those formulas, combined with the players' latest statistics. There is no manual input. This ensures that the attributes are based on the same criteria for all players. This player set is updated once a year.


• RETRO PLAYERS: This player set is made of retro players from a selection of two seasons: 1990 or 1993. The attributes are generated using the players' careers, but also take their status in 1993 into account. Because many statistics were not available at the time, some manual input has been made to compensate and to make sure that the attributes reflect the players' value at the time as closely as possible.

Not satisfied with our standard player sets?

If you would like to use a different player set, you can create your own.

There are no limitations regarding who can be included in that set - they can be real or fictional players.

You are responsible for providing the corresponding attributes for all the players, along with their position, age, and contract situation (salary, number of years).
