In order to offer a better customer service experience, WebSimHockey now offers a brand new GM support system. This addition will allow all of our GMs to get a quick response to any questions they may have, through a communication system that will identify the GM needs.
Each technical question will be sent to our Support Team through a Ticket service, to the proper qualified GM on the team, according to the level of support needed. The user will have to choose a support level when creating the tickets (Assistant GM, Experienced GM, Expert GM or Admin).
