One of the most important tool in a simulation game is the statistics engine. Generally speaking, simulated hockey fans love to analyze their players statistics.

Websimhockey already offers a great set of statistics, including shots on goal, plus-minus, minutes played per game, penalty minutes, body checks, winning goals and more. 

With today's update, we are adding 9 new stats that can be found in the Statistics > Players+ page. The new stats are: Power play goals, Short-handed goals, Shootout goals / shots, Shootout shots %, Faceoffs Won, Faceoff taken, Faceoff % and Shots blocked.
